Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept any type of debit and credit cards. Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, American Express, and others.
How long does it take to fix my phone?
Usually most of cellphone repairs can be done on the spot in 15-20 minutes while you wait. For tablets, it could be 1-2 hours. Computer and laptop repairs could take 1 to 2 business days, depends on a problem.
Do I need an appointment to fix my phone?
You do not need an appointment to come. Walk-ins are welcome. Stop by anytime within our business hours and we will be happy to assist you!
What included in your prices?
We have firm prices for all our repairs. Prices include parts and labor. It does not include sales tax (8.875% in New York)
When I have to pay for repair?
You pay only when your device is fixed and fully functional. We do not take payments prior to repair. But we can ask you for a small deposit if we need to order specific or expensive parts.
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes. We provide 1-Year warranty for any defects for all our parts and services. Warranty does NOT cover physical or water damages.
Do I need to back-up my phone?
No, you do not need to back-up your phone. You will not lose any information while we are fixing your phone. But it always good to have it in case something went wrong.
What parts do you use?
We use the highest quality and most expensive parts available on the market, to be sure that your gadget will be functioning as same as a brand new one.
Do you have all parts in the stock?
We have most parts for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy and other popular models in the stock. Also, we can get any parts within 24 hours.
Will my phone fully function after the repair?
Yes. Your phone will function perfectly after repair. You covered by our warranty if you have any malfunctions.
Are you open on weekends and holidays?
We are open on Saturdays from 11am till 6pm. Also we are open on all holiday except New Year and Christmas.
Do you have accessories to protect my phone?
Yes. We have lots of cases on your choice and tempered glass screen protectors for most popular models.
I dropped my phone in water, what should I do?
If you dropped your phone in water you should bring it to your local repair shop as soon as possible, so they can open and dry it. If you do not have access to a local repair shop - try to dry your phone by a hairdryer. Do not use rice, it never helps.
Do you sell parts and repair tools?
We do not sell parts and repair tools. We believe repair should be done by professionals with years of experience to avoid any unnecessary damages and expenses.
